their actual size, except the animated rule which is displayed at a width
of 490 pixels (its actual width is 575 pixels). |

individual weight of the images varies between 2,031 and 28,809 bytes (average:
7,830 bytes). Hit <ESC> to stop the animations. |

Animated
GIFs provide a simple way to add an animated effect to a web page without
using JavaScript or Java applets. However the greater the number of animations
on a single page, the more slowly it loads - and animations can only be viewed
in Navigator 2.0 or Explorer 3.0 or higher. In general, one or two animations
per page is the maximum advisable number to use. |
